Akadémia Garden Condominium by Cordia | Production and installation of concrete facade elements

Task:
Manufacture and installation of 340m² fine concrete facade element. The project consisted of two main parts, the 270m² ribbed facade element and the 70m² external fine-concrete, large-slab cladding elements of the main entrance and lobby. The facade elements have a ribbed design and are equipped with a breakthrough to ensure the ventilation of the underground garage. The ribbed exposed concrete elements were suspended on a steel support structure made specifically for this project. The lobby cover was installed with the standard HrPROfix fastening system.
