Where do you apply? About the company in brief.

We have been operating under the name CONCRAZY Kft. since 2019, designing and manufacturing increasingly cool things from ultra-high-strength concrete.

In the first 2 years, among other things, we produced 1000 m2 of building facade elements, but now 95% of the time we make bar counters, kitchen counters and brutally good smoking and dining tables for restaurants, bars, bistros and private individuals.

Now we want to expand our 2-man workshop with 1-2 more people so that we can fulfill the current more than 25 orders on time.

What would be the task?

  • Templates for casting concrete elements must be prepared, prepared and assembled with millimeter accuracy (wood, metal, synthetic resin, silicone, XPS...)
  • measuring the quantities required for subsequent mixing based on the recipe
  • concrete mixing (addition of pre-prepared materials in a strict order)
  • washing mixer and tools
  • disassembly of templates during formwork

if you're a bit into it and you like it, then..

  • pouring concrete elements independently
  • sanding of concrete elements (e.g. for terrazzo surfaces)
  • impregnation of concrete elements (gram scale, technological breaks, etc.)

Working environment / conditions

We have a 2-person, 200 m2 workshop in Törökbálint, 2 minutes from MaxCity. This is where miracles happen. We have a small office, toilet and dressing room and a small kitchen.

Loud music is always playing and if something doesn't break, there's always a good atmosphere.

You have to come at 7 in the morning and leave at 3, with a 30-minute lunch break in between. (SPAR, PIZZA FORTE, DM, LIPÓTI are 120 seconds away on foot, and also in one place)

Overtime happens, but we hate it, so we strive (also with this staff increase) to make it less.

Payment

HUF 1,750/hour net, overtime paid, lunch time not deducted

(for now, there is no Telo, no company Skoda, nor Sodexo, but if we develop like this, something will happen)
